Douglas Hyde: He published a summary of popular Irish literature (Beside the fire, 1.989). Then, he published (Songs of Connacht's Love, 1.893), a summary of his poetry in Gael with translation to the English and much most.
Oscar Wilde: He has been considered to be one of the playwrights most distinguished.
Abraham Stoker: He was an Irish famous writer for his novel Dracula, one the most famous works of the Gothic literature. Fundamentally, he has been reconized in the genre by pseudonymous Bram Stoker.
Other famous writers are: Jonathan Swif, Brendan Behan, Flann O'Brien, Sheridan Le Fanu, Sean O'Casey, George Berkeley, James Joyce, George Bernard Shaw, Richar Brinsley Sheridan, Oliver Goldsmith, Samuel Beckett, Séamus Heaney, etc.
The colombian literature is mixed, tropical and diverse.
Indian literature: this is the least that survives; violence of the conquerors caused the loss of legendary texts. Legend Yurupay is one of the surviving texts.
Colonial literature: it was influenced by religius. Highlights: Hernando Domínguez Camargo, Luis de Góngora y Argote, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, Francisco Álvarez de Velásco y Zorrilla, etc.
Literature of independence: this was complemented influenced by politics and style creole. These include: Simón Bolivar, Antonio Nariño, etc.
